Your casting will start here.  Whether you supply us a blue print, a sample, or your own cad file, we will guarantee the fit and function of your final product.  Our on site engineering department will take your files and add draft, suggest machining stock, confirm wall thickness, decide upon key dimensions that we will track throughout our processes,  suggest alloys, and discuss tensile strength and elongation,  all which help to guarantee the performance of your casting to meet its design needs.

          

Precision Enterprises has integrated the latest technology in pattern development and design. Precision will take your model, analyze it for castability and create a CNC machined pattern from aluminum billet. Our CAD software will read any file you provide as input — from Pro/E to SolidWorks® — for use with our CNC tools. Precision Enterprises also has the ability to reverse engineer your castings. We can create models and blue prints from your existing casting. We help you get from the drawing board, to proof-of-concept, to production, quickly with the highest level of precision.

We can work with any CAD software and you can easily upload them to our servers through FTP instructions.
